The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant at our Pascagoula location, as follows:

Position Administrative AssistantLocation Pascagoula, MSHours Monday thru Thursday, 8 to 4:30

Friday, 8 to 5 pmAbout the Position

Provide administrative support to management to ensure efficient branch/regional operations. Serve as the liaison and coordinator for marketing activities in the region.

Establish and maintain records and filing systems for quick reference and follow-up based on the degree of importance of specific material; answer phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, schedule appointments, and assist clients and other visitors; respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence; manage Regional President's calendar from both an employment and board perspective; draft and edit letters, reports and other documents; input and update information in databases and spreadsheets for the region; coordinate logistics for meetings, including room set-up, technology needs, catering, etc.; research as requested and compile and summarize information for reports or presentations; ensure that deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities; plan and coordinate branch/regional special events; coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, materials, etc. for regional branches; act as liaison for the region with the marketing group; Other duties as assigned.

The Right Person

1-3 years successful experience in an administrative and/or marketing assistant role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service background.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC applications.

Good working knowledge of bank processes, products and services.

High School Diploma or higher.
