Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our Team:Reverse Logistics is responsible for receiving Milwaukee Tool product returns from multiple sources, providing customers appropriate credits, and processing the returned products into various channels for re-use.The Supervisor-RGA leads a team of production/support/inventory workers executing that work.A successful operation includes:

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Production/Inventory Management
Day to day leadership of the teams that support production, manage inventory, physically and systematically receive products, credit customers, sort, convert, repack, and disposition products, and route them to the appropriate outlets.
Manage day to day safety, team communications, attendance, timekeeping, work assignments, discipline, etc.
Understand incoming demand, shop capacity, and constraints to delivering required throughput.
Set, achieve, and meet daily/weekly/monthly/annual goals for throughput, quality, accuracy, timeliness, and other key metrics.
Lead Inventory Management and partner with other Inventory and Finance resources to
Maintain healthy and accurate inventory levels through process control and cycle counts.
Monitor inventory transactions.
Identify the root cause of each material inventory variance and resolve.
Own all metrics in area and report out health of department as needed with knowledge/expertise with mitigation plans for any failing metrics.
Drive operational excellence through recognized best practices combined with a continuous improvement discipline.
Build a staffing plan with sufficient depth and cross-training to support rapid growth in both capacity and capabilities.
Collaborate with leadership and Human Resources to hire, onboard, and train new employees.
Ability to assist in operation when needed.
Auditing of dispositions and internal processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Drives safety and culture and holds team members accountable for compliance including but not limited to adhering to safety incident reporting/protocols.

Help leadership balance production and capacity needs with cost of business through overtime management, capacity planning, and any other measures as needed.

Works with manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Sets schedules according to workload.
Serves as a back-up in the absence of the Manager.

Develops all employees to become a valuable part of the team to ensure their skills are at par with warehouse standards and regulations.
Responsible for identifying and growing future team leaders within Milwaukee Tool
Provides formal and informal feedback on an ongoing basis and leads the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.
Recommends employee corrective actions including recommendations for termination.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, OR equivalent work experience in Reverse Logistics or Inventory Control
3-5 years’ experience leading teams, including basic personnel practices
(INTERNAL CANDIDATES: Must have min. 3-5 years of Lead II or higher prior experience)
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of WMS systems
Able to react to change effectively, handle other tasks and shifts as assigned
Proficient computer skills/experience in Microsoft Office
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
Demonstrated success in inventory accuracy, control, and accountability.
Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, SixSigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Demonstrated computer literacy, including:
PowerBI or similar reporting experience is desired.
Familiarity with large-scale operating systems is desired.
AX, High Jump, and/or WorkDay experience is strongly desired.
