Lead or assist implementation of projects related to process improvement

Develop solutions to eliminate safety concerns

Key member of team that will build a valve press, monitor for machine performance, and implement improvements where needed

Key member of a team that will build a clutch pack machine, monitor for machine performance, and implement improvements where needed

Key member of a team that will build new assembly cells and implement improvements where needed

Complete time studies and analyze data for improvement opportunities

Create and/or update standard work and work instructions

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Proficient in MS Office

Experience with CAD systems is beneficial

Able to work well within a team environment

Able to work on multiple priorities or projects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
