Budget Blinds is the Nation's #1 Custom Window Coverings Organization and we are looking for a Window Covering Installer.
Our Need:
Budget Blinds installs a variety of window coverings in private homes and at commercial job sites. Our products include but are not limited to Plantation Shutters, Horizontal Blinds, Verticals, Honeycombs, Roller Shades, and Custom Draperies. We are looking for an employee who takes ownership of their job responsibilities, can problem solve, represent the company in a positive, professional way and communicate with office management.
To qualify, applicants must have basic experience with hand tools (cordless drills, table saws, miter saws, etc).
Must meet the following requirements:
● Professional appearance : Clean and neat appearance in dress, grooming and customer interaction
● Clean Driving Record
● Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
● Time Management : Must manage multiple daily tasks in addition to managing client appointments in an efficient and punctual manner
● Ability to arrive to work on time
● Attention to detail: Maintain on-the-job-site neatness and organization of tools and replacement parts is required
● Record keeping: Legible handwriting and the ability to keep accurate records and notes
● Flexibility is a must in order to meet business demand as schedules change for the new home construction timeline
● Communication: Ability to communicate and work with a diverse team and clientele and communicate questions and job requirements efficiently and effectively
● Non-smoking preferred and not allowed in vehicles or on job site
We will train the right person, one who brings basic construction skills to the position. Tools, vehicle and fuel are provided
Business is open Monday through Saturday but installation is typically within the Monday -Friday window with occasional evening or weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time 30-40 hours/week (usually 40) with overtime when needed during busy times
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour experience dependent
Education:

Job Location: All days will Start in Oxford, MS at Warehouse
