Salary: $35 to $50HR / $700-$800WK Per Diem
Job Description: We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foremen and Supervisors to oversee our steel erection projects in numerous areas in MS and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques, and a proven track record of effectively managing construction crews.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of steel erectors to ensure efficient project execution.
Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule project activities.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide the erection process.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to the job site.
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in the steel erection industry.
Extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications (preferred but not required).
