OverviewAt St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Providers strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.Our On Demand team is available 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to address common symptoms quickly and on demand, as well as New Patient Welcome Visits to assist patients in establishing care.The selected individual will be working from home in a flex capacity and will be joining a team comprised of 7 full time APPs.What You Can Expect:

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
