What will I do as a Food Service Team Member?
Greet customers with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back.
Act as a subject matter expert for fast food, deli, and beverage programs/promotions.
Build brand awareness by actively sampling food items to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and effective operation of all food service equipment and report any issues or repairs needed to your manager.
Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
Keep the store, coffee, food, and checkout areas clean and stocked.
Complete waste sheets and temperature logs as required.
May be cross trained to Cashier.
Additional duties as assigned.

Must be able to stand for an extended period.

Job Purpose:A QSR Customer Service Rep is the front line of the company to our customers, so exceptional customer service is critical.Duties:· Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and in uniform.· Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers.· Prepares food, waits on customers, and cleans work area according to established policies, procedures, and directions from the QSR Manager.· Enter all sales in the register at the time of sale.· Operate EPOS and other store equipment.· Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.· Ensures proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.· Restock shelving, displays, and coolers as needed.· Clean QSR, equipment, and stock as needed.· Pick up/empty trash and clean store as needed.· Prepare cashier checkout and report accurately and according to policy.· Must be safety/security conscious and report any accidents or incidents to the Manager as soon as possible.· Be knowledgeable about company policy and procedures.· Other duties as assigned.Skills/Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years of age (18 in some locations).
