Are you a licensed Designated Broker?
Would you like to have ALL of your MLS, licensing, insurance, and continuing education fees paid for? AND There are No Agents to manage!
And KEEP 95% of your commissions on sales?
Our company needs a broker of record on staff, but our systems are very automated so the actual work requirements are minimal.
In return for your services, we will pay all your realtor, license, continuing ed, E&O insurance and MLS fees for as long as you work with us.
This is a great fit for someone who does only a few transactions a year and wants to stay in the business, or is “semi-retired” from active sales but wants to maintain their license. We are a small and well-respected company, and are looking for the right person for a long relationship!
