Damon Wofford Realty is a local real estate company based in Jackson, MS. We have been managing properties since 2006 and are passionate about providing excellent service for our tenants and property owners. We are expanding and are looking to hire a maintenance technician.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas, but not all are required:
1) light carpentry
2) plumbing
3) light electrical
4) light roofing (blowing off roofs and small repair work)
5) sheetrock and painting
6) general problem solving
It is very important that this person has a great attitude, great communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills, access to a working cell phone, truck and tools.
Communication between the maintenance technician and front office is of utmost importance and can be somewhat constant throughout the day. This can be a very fast paced position at times. This person will need to have a working smart phone that has access to email, and text messaging.
$25 an hour is the starting pay but there is room to grow with our company and earn more!
