Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Remote Administrative Assistant at Tech Savvy Software. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization. They will be responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents and reports, and handling correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
