Summary
Seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead the redesign of our renowned nightclub and music venue, previously the host of Isola Fest 2019. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in reshaping our establishment, fostering a vibrant local culture, and leading a dynamic team towards a new era of entertainment excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive redesign of the venue.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to create an outstanding guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the venue's reputation and profitability.
- Foster relationships with artists, promoters, and the local community.
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in nightlife, entertainment, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for music and nightlife culture.
Salary: $55,000 per year with potential for performance-based bonuses.
