SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Title : Success Factors Integration SpecialistContract Term: 9+ Months ContractLocation : Jackson, MS 39211 Required Skills/Experience:

• Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
• Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

• Public sector experience.
• Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
• Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
• Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
• ABAP programming experience
