OverviewProduct Manager, TechnologyWe areseekinga dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead,developand deployHealthEdge’sintegrations, UI/UX, and Developer Experience initiatives. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing our product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for both our users and developers.Position Summary:As the Product Manager, Technology, you willbe responsible forguiding the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through execution, focusing on seamless integrations, user interface design, and enhancing the developer experience.You’llwork with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver products that are both innovative anduser-centric. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates who havea strong blend of product management experience coupled with a strong technical background.Your Impact:-Develop andmaintaina comprehensive product strategy for integrations, UI/UX, andDevX. Own and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.-Collaborate withproduct teamstoidentifyintegration opportunities, define integration requirements, and ensure smooth, efficient execution. Create seamless workflows for users and developers across platforms.-Partnerclosely with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Utilize userresearch, wireframes, prototypes, and design reviews to ensureoptimalusability and visual appeal.-Focus onoptimizingtools, processes, and platforms to enhance the experience of our developer community. Collaborate with engineering to create easy-to-use APIs, SDKs, and developer documentation that streamline integration and customization.-Collaboratewith engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of features and integrations. Partner withcross-functional teams through product development cycles, ensuringtimelyand successful delivery.-Gather feedback from users, customers, and developers to iterate and refine product features. Conduct competitive analysis andmonitorindustry trends to stay ahead of the curve.-Define key product KPIs to measure the success of integrations, UI/UX features, and developer-centric tools. Use data-driven insights tooptimizeand improve products post-launch.What you bring:-Minimum3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on integrations, UI/UX design, and developer tools.-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Design); an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.-Strong understandingandexperienceusingAPIs, webhooks, and integration platforms. Experience working with development teams to design, implement, and test integrations. Familiarity with web and mobile development processes, technologies, and DevOps.-Proven experience in user interface design, with a keen eye for user-centric design principles, usability, and accessibility. Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).-Deep understanding of what makes an exceptional developer experience, including APIs, SDKs, documentation, and tooling. Experience with tools such as Postman, GitHub, or similar developer platforms.-Strong organizational and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in an agile environment.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.-Previous experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)as well as agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).-Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,Mixpanel).-Experience working in SaaS or platform-based businesses.HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
