Work with carriers and our corporate distribution team to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and make special arrangements as necessary
Keep warehouse capacity at control levels and seed steadily shipping so we do not experience any production bottlenecks due to limited floor space
Ensure direct materials arrive in time for production runs
Support off-site warehouse operations
Monitor daily activities and ensure time and quality commitments to ensure the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Coordinate the shipping and logistics process of Corteva products to sales representatives, customers, and growers, as well as between locations.
Accurately complete and maintain records in accordance with the Corteva Records Retention Policy
Work with the Agronomy Team on field activities and bin sampling as needed
Coordinate Parent seed shipping and returns
QualificationsEducation:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent
What Skills You Need:
You possess two (2) to four (4) years of logistics, supply chain, production, operations, or other related planning and scheduling experience
You have a valid US Driver's License
You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand, and sit for extended periods, Work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting
You can work independently as well as in a team environment
You are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required
You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
You have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills
You value health and safety! You will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every day

You have a strong understanding of inventory management, distribution, and shipment best practices
You are an effective communicator and have proven experience working successfully with a variety of stakeholders
Data analysis? No problem! You are a Microsoft Excel guru with advanced data analysis and visualization skills
You understand that the company's viability and performance is directly tied to your job security, so you are willing and able to work seasonal split shift work and overtime hours including nights and weekends to meet business needs during peak season
What Makes You Stand Out:
An Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience
Experience leading programs and processes
General agriculture knowledge and/or experience
