This will require professionalism, patience, and a solid understanding of JDL policies and procedures. A successful Library Assistant I (LAI) will have strong technology skills as well as an enthusiasm for serving the community.In conversations with patrons and coworkers the Library Assistant I (LAI) is expected to be JDL's biggest advocate. We are seeking someone that uses customer service talents to build relationships with patrons and the community. Someone that has taken the initiative, and used good time management skills to support their coworkers.
