job detailsjob summary:We are in need of a Lead Applications Developer to lead and support the modernization efforts of a current information system along with improving the quality of data in connected systems. This is a mostly remote position, but will be required to work onsite in Jackson, MS on rare occasions. Preference will be given to current residents of Mississippi.Qualifications:
8+ years of experience creating applications using .Net, React, Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
8+ years of experience working in Agile Projects.
8+ years of experience in education data systems and environments is a plus.
Bachelor's degree is required

Take leadership in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
Create and maintain applications, work closely with application developers, and ensure there is proper written documentation of all requirement coding and business rule coding.
Maintain and ensure compliance with all software development standards.
Provide production support and implement changes to source systems code.
Mentor and support skills development of the application development team.
Interact with Scrum Master, OTSS team leads, product owners and high-level business users.
