This is a contract position estimated to last 12 months, possible extension, possible temp to perm. Develop Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) drawings for infrastructure improvement projects.
Work on the installation or modification of electrical systems, communications systems, and process measurement devices at natural gas regulation and pipeline facilities.
Assist in creating support detail and information documents for various engineering activities and projects.
Support material procurement and the development of design standards.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of CAD software, specifically MicroStation and AutoCAD.
strong communication skills to produce clear and precise drawings for operational and construction teams.
Ability to design safe, ergonomic, and practical systems.
Experience in 2D design and drafting.
Education:
Associate degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Significant relevant design experience may substitute for a technical degree.
