If so, we want you to join our team at GVR as our Internal Communications Manager!What you will doAs our Internal Communications Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our internal communication strategies and ensuring our messages resonate with our teams worldwide. You'll have the opportunity to: Implement and Execute Communications Plans: Collaborate with our Fueling Solutions and Invenco by GVR leadership and People & Culture teams, and the Vontier Communications Team to develop and execute communication plans and messaging engaging, inspiring, and uniting our teams. Provide Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted business partner, offering strategic guidance and support to our leadership teams on conveying compelling content driving employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Optimize Internal Communication Channels: Assess and optimize existing communication channels and tools to strengthen all employees' understanding of our company strategy and culture, fostering a sense of connection and purpose. Support Company Activities: Provide communications support for various activities such as leadership events, all-hands meetings, company projects, and more, ensuring that key messages are effectively communicated to our teams. Conduct Regular Audits: Help conduct regular audits of internal communication to benchmark our performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring our communication efforts are always evolving and staying ahead of the curve.Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field 5-7 years of internal communications experience Proven experience in internal communications roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinking and business acumen Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsRemote with ability to travel to Raleigh and Greensboro, NCThe base compensation range for this position is $96,800 to $139,725 per year.
