Description We are offering a role in our team for an Administrative Services Assistant in the location of Jackson, Tennessee. This role primarily functions in the corrections industry, providing crucial support to ensure training compliance of correctional officers across the state. The role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where tasks will be executed both remotely and on-site as required.Responsibilities: Utilize learning management systems to process and analyze data, ensuring all officers meet state-required training standards. Conduct detailed audits of customer-submitted information for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with state minimum training requirements. Assist in coordinating projects related to staff training and development. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure high standards in training delivery and documentation. Provide executive support, managing schedules, communications, and other critical administrative tasks. Monitor and report on staff development, including tracking hours of self-development activities. Produce detailed reports and analyses related to training compliance and effectiveness. Monitor, report and track trends in quality assurance measures within the learning management system to drive continuous improvement and compliance. Create and implement new quality assurance measures to effectively assess and report on the success of specialized and major training events. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including data analysis, project management, and communications.Requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders and C-Suite executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management, with a focus on managing project plans. Familiarity with auditing procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ability to handle documentation and data analysis tasks accurately and efficiently. Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Experience with training team members and driving continuous improvement in processes. Knowledge of software 'About Time' for efficient time management. Ability to perform benefit functions and check processing tasks. Understanding of quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of work. Familiarity with the criminal justice system is a plus. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis tasks. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
