Experienced Call Center Representatives
Currently seeking a Call Center Representative to fill multiple positions with inbound call center. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of Call Center experience and will be passionate about providing an ideal customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate
Answer inbound phone calls and give information regarding programs.
Update customer and account information as needed.
Respond promptly to customer needs.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
Handle general customer inquiries and feedback.
Perform other call center duties as needed.
Requirements of the Call Center Associate
Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
Ability to understand customer needs and find the best solution to customer problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with others
Equipment options are available, but your own equipment is preferred.
Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
Have control over your schedule but must work a mandatory of 20 hours.
Highspeed internet must be provided.
Work Hours:
Full-Time work schedule
Work Location: One location Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-Time, Contract
Pay: Starting $10.00hr with incentives and bonuses.
Expected hours: 20 per week.
