ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Growing full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in property management seeks an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER to work in a fast-paced TEAM environment!
Must have excellent communication & customer service skills
Must be able to work with people from all walks of life
Must be a TEAM player, willing to assist supervisor and co-workers
Must be computer-literate and proficient in Word & Excel
Experience with AppFolio property management software preferred
This position requires daily interaction with residents, clients, contractors & vendors.
Answer phones, take and deliver messages;
Follow-through on requests for work;
Answer questions from prospective tenants about the rental process;
Issue keys to prospective tenants, employees and realtors;
Accept and process rental applications;
Accept security deposits, rent payments & late fees;
Issue receipts for payment and post payments to property management system;
Conduct walk-throughs to identify cleaning, maintenance & repair needs;
Assist with move-ins;
Process evictions;
Create and assign work orders, and follow up with vendors & maintenance team on outstanding work orders.
Fair Housing Act (FHA) training provided.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with 1 hour off for lunch.
Rotating on-call work after hours as needed.
$15.00/Hour
Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays After 90 Days of Employment.
Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
Must pass a criminal background investigation to be considered for employment.
