The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the handling of personal injury claims from inception through settlement and/or litigation. The position entails extensive contact with clients and medical providers. Must be able to gather, analyze and research information; prepare and organize discovery; and manage a high volume caseload. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate acute attention to detail. Excellent organization, writing and communication skills are essential. Must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Previous legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred. Pay is commensurate with experience.
