Ensure all accounting practices follow legal guidelines and GAAP standards.

Maintain internal controls and procedures across the organization.

Prepare 13-week rolling balance sheet, forecast, and real time analysis.

Manage multiple company, multiple state accounting practices and monthly consolidation of financial statements.

Ensure all financial statements and reports are prepared accurately, according to period deadline.

Create individual company, consolidated financial statements, and reports for executive leadership.

Develop long-term plans and budgets for each functional area of the business.

Monitor organizational operating budget and cash flow.

Analyze, identify, and report variances.

Forecast potential revenue.

Establish operational metrics and internal system of accountability.

Develop accounting and finance staff members.

Maintain real time market industry knowledge.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Accounting or Finance Degree - Required

5 or more years of experience within accounting leadership - Required

Master of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Degree - Preferred

Sage Intaact software proficiency - Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrates high degree of analytical aptitude. Analyzes information effectively

Knowledgeable of all regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, verbal and written

Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of SQL - Preferred

Well organized and detail oriented

Excellent time management

Team oriented
