Description Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, both onsite and remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other systems.
Support network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and Ethernet.
Respond to and prioritize IT service requests via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including tracking and deploying hardware and software.
Provide training and guidance to end users on IT systems and best practices.
Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a desktop support or similar role.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with IT tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with potential for remote support.
Occasional after-hours work may be required for system updates or emergency troubleshooting.
