Lead Network Technician

Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and test all network switching and routing devices on both classified and unclassified networks.Support a mixture of Cisco and Juniper devices from the end user up to the installation’s network boundary, at Layers 1, 2, and 3.Utilize a variety of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Forescout, and will maintain the network’s Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server.Assist in other duties such as VoIP support, maintain accountability of equipment, and respond to all RFIs, taskers, and suspenses.Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and CIPS for all requests and incidents tracking.Act as Node Site coordinator, administer crypto equipment, and assist coworkers in other server and network actions.Maintain all network communication closets.Provide on-site customer support.Work with other agencies/organizations and outside vendors as necessary.
