Responsible and accountable for ensuring moulds and related equipment are maintained to perform to company standards. Able to effectively communicate in all technical, oral, and written forms. High work standard and pays attention to detail. Effective Leadership and Adaptability. Decisiveness decision making with good judgment.

Assist Managing Plant Mould Repair Shop.

Collects and Interprets Technical Information necessary to initiate requisitions, for Mould and tooling repair.

Create safety stock for equipment and determine schedule for worn equipment to be repaired.

Work in Cross functional team for Improvements and repairs.

5.Mould Transfers6.Maintain and order all hand tooling and spare parts for shop.

Assist in maintaining mould parts inventory and scrapping of damaged parts.

Fill in for manager during PTO and other duties as directed by the mold Manager

Ability to read specifications.

Ability to use industrial equipment to modify minor adjustments for moulds and mould containers.

Ability to understand software for scheduling ETO and mould modification.

Ability to Listen effectively and communicate clearly by oral communication, visual presentation, written communication, and technical translation. Ability to follow rules and apply them effectively.Demonstrates the characteristics of 5S to keep work areas neat, clean, aligned, and orderly. Follow all plant policies, environmental policies, and plant and departmental safety policies. Ability to operate an overhead crane when conducting mould inspections.Ability to walk and climb stairs, medium to heavy periodic lifting. Ability to work hours to accomplish the job. Ability to stand for several hours per shift and able to stand in hot conditions near mold presses. Travel may be required.Work in CBS to support in areas where help is needed to develop the individual and team. Identify opportunities for improvement and uses soft skills to support. Makes yourself aware of the team interaction and performance. Need to work with the new Manufacturing Suite involving WPS/CGRS and TTKS. Ability to learn fast and to work well with the new Manufacturing Suite.Actively participate in business team meetings, follow-up on efficiency and losses development, improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting and ensure the CBS approach is being applied within the cross functional business team.Follow up on correct application of standards with production and support development of Standard operating procedures.Conduct improvement workshops on the shop floor with production and any other stakeholders within the area of responsibility.Ensure the implementation of standards according to CBS and ensure that the CBS tools are being applied correctly.Participate as a champion for the area of responsibility for an area wide initiative such as 5's or TPM.Actively participate in the CBT coaching reviews of level 1 teams and assist the level 1 teams in achieving the defined targets and realizing the innovations coming from the level 1 team.This is a internal position, external applicants will not be considered.HS diploma /GED1+ Years in a manufacturing environment or 2 year degreeForklift driving experience preferred.Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts – days, nights, and weekends.Utilization of CGMS and other systems needed to facilitate press operation.Communication skills: Oral and WrittenUtilization of Microsoft Office suites (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, teams, one note)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY Immediate Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Annual Bonus Employer 401(k) Match And more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!EEO-Statement:EEO / AA / Disabled / Protected Veteran Employer.
