Description Robert Half is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator for our client in Canton, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR tasks, including onboarding new hires, addressing login issues, and providing support to the HR service center. This role offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity, providing a challenging and rewarding environment where you can develop your skills and experience.Responsibilities: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the team Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills Utilize Microsoft Suite proficiently to create, manage and maintain HR-related documents and data Act as the first point of contact for new hires experiencing login issues, resolving these promptly and efficiently Provide consistent and reliable support to the HR service center, assisting with various HR-related tasks and inquiries as needed Utilize HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian to manage HR tasks effectively Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations Manage benefit functions and compensation administration, ensuring employees are informed and satisfied Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to complete tasks effectively Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with company policy and legal regulationsRequirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS Knowledge of About Time software Capability to conduct background checks Understanding of benefit functions and compensation administration Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Prior experience in a similar role as HR Coordinator Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
