Follows all DFA Ingredient Solutions GMP's and works in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
Operates a forklift and moves cheese from production area to the warehouse cooler
Runs Beta Vac/bag sealer with no leakers
Weighs blocks, places label tickets on blocks, and boxes
Operates and validates metal detector
Operates boxer and palletizer (Robot)
Tower operation
Maintain operating records (Block Counts)
Performs necessary routine cleaning and performs preventive maintenance
Master sanitation as needed

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
Basic computer skills
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage
Perform work independently as required
Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Knowledge with machines, tools, equipment and Lock out Tag out
