Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk in the manufacturing industry. The position is based in Woodbury, Minnesota, and has the option for remote work. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for various tasks such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and handling customer credit inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurately process and efficiently handle customer credit applications. Maintain precise records of customer credit. Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer credit accounts and take action when necessary to collect delinquent payments. Use software tools such as Epicor and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts and perform job duties. Apply account reconciliation techniques to ensure all customer accounts are balanced. Manage billing processes and ensure all invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner. Apply cash collections strategies to recover overdue payments from customers. Handle commercial collections and ensure all payments are collected from commercial clients.
