Late delivery communications with customers
Peform Gate Protocol requests
Perform POD (point of delivery) requestsPOD (point of delivery) requests
Daily in-transit tracking reports
What’s Needed?
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience with personal computers and word processing.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
