Description Job Opportunity: HR Generalist Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make an impact? Join our client, an industry leader in their field! Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead hiring efforts: from sourcing to new hire orientation.
Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP WorkforceNow.
Drive benefits administration, collaborating with the leadership team.
Maintain employee data meticulously and uphold document retention standards.
Be the custodian of the Employee Handbook, keeping it compliant with regulations.
Contribute to policy development and implement HR best practices.
Play a pivotal role in safety initiatives, coordinating OSHA training.
Support training, development, and engagement initiatives for all employees.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Proficient in employment law and state/federal regulations.
Experience with HRIS software, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
People-oriented, results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels.
