Follow all policies and procedures for the Wet End and Dry End of the Corrugator

Safely operate all equipment on the Corrugator

Operate Rollstands and Tracks

Operate Splicers

Wrap arm controls

Scan rolls onto the Rollstands using a handheld scanner

DGU and Doublebacker controls and settings

Singlefacer controls and settings

Set up and operate the Sesame Tape Machine

Basic Kiwi functions

Starch and Water drain setup

Operate E&L Bridge Guides

Thread up the machine

Communicating with the Dry End

QMS checks

Strip rolls

Hogging waste

Copar

Fixing defects in the board

Utilize basic math competencies to include reading a tape measure, gauges and other testing equipment

Enter needed notifications into SAP for maintenance repairs

Other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

Adhering to Plant policies and guidelines

Working safely and looking out for the safety of those around them

Following Safe Reliable Methods (SRMs) or Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment according to plant housekeeping standards

Attending and participating in team and plant meetings

Managing controllable costs through proper equipment, tool and consumable usage

Reporting any safety or maintenance concerns

Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team:Preferred qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or G.E.D.), and two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment with at least one year with the same employer.Highly-qualified candidates would possess manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry.The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment test and team interview, background check and a health/drug screen.The Benefits You Will Enjoy:
