Servant leader who can facilitate cross functional team members to recommend and implement improvements, modifications solving problems for line teams using appropriate CPS tools and resources. Chief Energy Officer responsible for other responsibilities including leading reliability improvement working directly with line teams. Aspiring Vegetable Rockstar expected to develop line teams technical and leadership capability and appreciation for process control. Working with the Line Leads, Supervisors, Maintenance, corporate resources, and plant staff team producing industry-leading tasty BIRDS EYE Vegetables.Role Requirements:
Connected Worker Stream Leader, Dashboards and Microsoft Teams subject matter expert.
MES Process Leader, yield subject matter expert.
LEDS Process Leader, downtime subject matter expert.
Parciple Process Leader, paperless factory subject matter expert.
Centerline Process Leader, Centerline subject matter expert.
Coach the line team on CL execution and problem-solving skills.
Communicate to all key stakeholders through multiple levels of organization with progress updates for responsible improvement work.
Use appropriate documentation skills to formalize improvements and lead sustainment of project goals.
Train other team members on proper Focused Improvement tool use and execution.
Coach and drives assigned Daily Management systems assessment plan.
Leverage personal and contractor support to be a technical consult/expert/trainer for line team resources for applicable processes.
Leverage appropriate CPS/FI tools for necessary data to support success criteria development.
Apply engineering, mathematical, scientific, and LSS principles to focused improvement from concept to implementation for related project work.
Lead all projects to ensure projects are completed on time according to project schedule.
Identify losses elimination priorities.
Must be willing to work in a culture built around continuous improvement and change.
Use PowerPoint and Excel software programs to analyze data, create standards and training materials.
Develop strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations.
Confer with other supervisors to help coordinate activities
Effectively coach and train other employees. Be a mentor to upskill and train new and developing employees.
You Have:
Bachelors in Engineering. (Preferred)
Excellent reasoning skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions.
Experience in a food processing environment.
Experience in Reading, analyzing and interpreting engineering type documents and drawings.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and statistical tools.
