Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | Monday - Thursday | Flexibility on shift hours Pay: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr + 15% shift differential The Saw Operator will operate a battery of saws to perform operations, layout, position, align, secure, and prioritize material before sawing. This position will select the sawing disk blade to cut specified on work orders, raise, lower, or tip the table to a specific angle, measure the finished product, verify dimensions, and examine for defects, replace worn or damaged saw blades, and cut metal, drills holes, sharpen, and shine metals. While in this role, the candidate will operate drill presses, grinders, metal lathes, and a variety of hand tools, use basic mathematic skills to solve problems, perform routine maintenance on equipment, maintain records, assist in training and other areas as needed, and take on leadership roles and participate or contribute to the manufacturing journey.
