Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team based in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, 55127-8507, United States. As a Controller, you will be pivotal in managing international consolidations and leading a team. You will be involved in diverse functions ranging from managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries to ensuring the accuracy of financial records.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the consolidation of financial data from multiple international subsidiaries Spearhead a team of six, fostering a productive and efficient work environment Maintain detailed and accurate accounts receivable and payable records Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management Employ CRM and Crystal Reports to streamline accounting functions Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Manage the end-to-end budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility Engage with '3M' and 'ADP - Financial Services' for seamless financial operations Address and resolve any customer inquiries related to financial matters Monitor customer accounts regularly and undertake appropriate action as required. Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Controller. Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, and ADP - Financial Services. Experience with CRM and Crystal Reports is required. Exceptional knowledge of Accounting Functions, including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Proven experience in Auditing and Budget Processes. Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. Detail oriented certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
