MNIT MMB supports critical business operations for the State of Minnesota, including enterprise human resources and payroll, state employee insurance, and benefits administration. The team also provides the technical expertise necessary to manage the state budget and provide economic forecasts to policymakers.This position will function as developers in an area of Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence. The position will be responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of the staging and multi-dimensional warehouse. Including support and maintenance of the EPM Data Warehouse, applications, and business intelligence modules.This vacancy is being posted at the Information Technology Specialist 3 and Information Technology Specialist 4 levels. Only one (1) vacancy will be filled, and the classification will be determined by the selected candidate’s qualifications.This position is currently eligible for full-time telework:

Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties.
Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field may substitute for three years of experience, OR a related Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years, OR a related Associate’s may substitute for one year.Information Technology Specialist 4Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience of analysis, design, development, and implementation in data warehousing/business intelligence.Experience must include:
