Description

Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chat platforms.

Relaying important information about products or services to customers.

Assessing customers' needs to guide them to appropriate products or services.

Handling and resolving customer complaints in a prompt and effective manner.

Providing technical assistance and product education.

Tracking and recording customer interactions in relevant customer databases.

Noting and reporting customer feedback to the appropriate departments for the improvement of products and services.

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Keeping up-to-date with product changes, updates, or releases to handle inquiries accurately.

Participating in training programmes to refine customer service skills, industry knowledge, and familiarity with company procedures.

Analyzing customer complaints and providing appropriate corrective solutions.

Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to assess the level of service delivery and areas of improvements.

Requirements

Proven customer service experience (optional for entry-levels).

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in the required language.

Basic computer skills and CRM software knowledge.

Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.

Problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Multi-tasking skills.

Ability to exhibit patience and empathy towards customers.

Ability to follow company's guidelines and make quick decisions.

Flexibility to work in shifts, over the weekend, or on holidays.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
