Description We are seeking a detail-focused Master Data Specialist in the Manufacturing industry, based in St Louis Park, Minnesota. This role involves the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring integrity and efficient data entry processes. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate daily additions and changes for master data functions to ensure data integrity. Perform a variety of data entry duties and setup analysis according to established guidelines. Manage item, customer, vendor, and code setup/changes. Process all additions/deletions/changes made to the master data files, performing regular data cleansing for accuracy. Set up new and modify existing internal business data within various systems. Review and analyze form data for compliance with audit guidelines prior to setup. Provide ad-hoc analysis related to master data files and collaborate with other departments to identify data errors and ensure data integrity. Create and establish new master data processes as needed. Consistently review existing processes for areas of improvement. Work with large amounts of data and follow directions to meet deadlines.Requirements Proficiency in handling Customer Master Data Experience in Customer Pricing and Pricing strategies Ability to maintain Vendor Files accurately and efficiently Proven experience in managing Vendor Relationships Knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and data requirements Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets Excellent problem-solving skills to address data discrepancies Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Strong communication skills to report data insights effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
