Description Robert Half if seeking a Data Entry Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and organizing data and input data into our proprietary database. You will focus on collecting and compiling data, as well as ensuring that data is properly stored and archived. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, is proficient with Microsoft Office tools, outstanding typing speed with excellent accuracy, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. This role is full onsite in St. Louis Park, MN.Responsibilities:
Input data into the company database accurately and in a timely manner.
Regularly reviewing and updating existing data.
Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive records and files.
Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Conduct regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Identify and report errors and inconsistencies in data.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven data entry work experience.
Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in relevant computer software such as MS Office, specifically Excel.
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Good organization and administrative skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
Ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines.
