Description Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Known Manufacturer, and sourcing for a Financial Investigator.The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial investigations, analyzing complex financial data, and providing crucial insights to support legal proceedings. The role involves collaboration with legal teams, financial experts, and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and accurate findings.Key Responsibilities:

Financial Investigations: Conduct thorough financial investigations to uncover irregularities, fraud, or financial misconduct.

Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data, including but not limited to bank records, tax returns, and financial statements, to identify patterns and discrepancies.

Legal Support: Work closely with attorneys to provide financial insights that support legal strategies and proceedings.

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analyses, and recommendations for use in legal proceedings.

Expert Testimony: Serve as an expert witness, if required, providing testimony on financial matters during legal proceedings.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure investigations comply with legal standards.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, to gather information and coordinate investigations.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial investigations, preferably within a legal setting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Spanish Fluency
