Sr. Manager of Clinical Affairs

Our local IVD client specializing in immunodiagnostics is urgently searching for a Senior Manager to lead the Clinical Affairs group. This position will be working closely with the VP who sits locallay and the SLT of the organization to manage current and upcoming clinical trials. Currently the position would be fully remote, while post-COVID this individual would need to commute to the office in Stillwater a few days a week.

Specifically the team needs a candidate with:

  • Experience with full-cycle clinical trials
  • Over 5 years of experience in Clinical Affairs leading diagnostic/device trials
  • Prior experience in managing teams of various sizes
  • Recent IVD experience (immunodiagnostic preferred)
  • The ability to effectively manage cross functional team priorities and work with team members at all levels
