General Apartment Maintenance
Complete plumbing repairs - leaks, clogs, replace faucets
Basic electric repairs-change light fixtures, outlets, GFI
Appliance repairs (Can you fix a refrigerators, dryers, stoves, a/c, dishwashers?)
Heat-zone valve replacements when needed for baseboard heat
Furnace and water heater repairs
Boilers License Experience preferred
Fix cupboards, drawers, cabinets,
Replace locks and cylinders
Some sheetrock repairs
Apartment turns
Minimum Requirements:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
2-3 years of experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background screening
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
Good Communication & Organization Skills,
Own hand tools & Cell Phone
Good verbal, written and communication skills
A self-starter who's motivated and can work independent and with minimal supervision in a fast pace.
Ability to provide quality work
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, bend & crawl into small areas, such as under sinks, climb ladders
Rotating on-call
