Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porters (Grounds and Interior Cleaning) to join our team in Waite Park/St. Cloud, Minnesota area. Offering full benefits, quarterly bonuses, 2 weeks paid time off and the opportunity for career growth and advancement. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and snow removal when needed.
