Must be a well rounded carpenter
We do all types of residential construction
New custom homes and remodeling (quality projects)
Small crew of 2 or 3 (work side by side with owner)
40 hours per week or less
Most work within 40 minutes of St. Cloud
Need hand tools only
Drive own vehicle to Jobsites
Duties: some framing, siding, demo, finish work, window installation, minimal roofing
Pay depending on experience and ability
$18-$30 per hour
Ideal person wants to work on nice projects, doesn’t mind time off in the winter. The more experience the better (minimum 2 years)
