Small town salon looking for full time manager/stylist to lead our team. Job responsibilities include:
Be the support system for salon owner. Carry out all duties with a positive attitude.
Work hand in hand with stylists. Lead by example. Be the support system for staff.
Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff.
Continue to update skill certification manual. Use in training new and existing employees.
Consistent training and communication with all stylists.
Handle sick calls from stylists. Fill in if needed.
Assist owner in scheduling.
Communicate all specials to staff and delegate sign making, etc.
Continue education and develop a plan for all stylists to continue their education.
Assist owner in ordering and maintaining inventory.
Help in determining monthly specials and communicate these specials on social media.
Any additional duties as requested by owner.
