Service Advisor:
Minnesota Truck Headquarters is a family owned and operated dealership for over 15 years. We are currently looking for highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are the largest pre-owned truck dealership in Minnesota. In August 2017 we moved into our fully remodeled 38,000 square foot state of the art facility.
Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments.
Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner and obtains vehicle information.
Performs walk around on all vehicles at time of write up.
Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
Explains completed work and all charges to costumers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Two years previous automotive experience, preferably in a service department.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
