While most of our business is in the St. Paul area, we are looking to expand into the St. Cloud market, and want to add a member to our team that would work remotely. This is a work from home opportunity, with compensation starting at $18- $20 per hour, depending on experience. There is room to grow on compensation, and commission is offered on new accounts you help bring in.
Job Duties:
- Generate referrals and lead sources through networking, social media, and professional networks.
- Communicate directly and frequently with management and HR on recruiting plans and strategies.
- Develop new strategies that create a stream of candidates.
- Contact and screen candidates
- Manage the interview and selection process
- Update applicant information in CRM software
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Recruiting
- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
- Strong amount of drive, desire, and ambition- highly motivated
- Ability to work independently with proper direction
- Develops rapport easily
- Creative, energetic, and positive
- Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Professional demeanor
