Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
Assist customers with their parts and accessory questions and needs. This may be in person, by telephone, or on line ordering system.
Handle cash, credit cards, and other purchasing transactions.
Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up to date part information.
Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information
Demonstrate a positive , helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
May be required to perform shipping and receiving duties at times.
Qualifications:
Customer Service skills are a must. Must have basic knowledge of ATV'S , Snowmobiles, Motorcycles and water craft.
Counter sales experience is a plus, but will train the right person. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Top pay for experienced people. Paid Holidays, paid vacation, vision, dental, life policy, simple IRA with limited matching.
Open Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week. Average 40 hours per week.
