Receptionist/manager/office Staff For A Car Lot

We, Best Buy Auto, are looking for an energetic, self motivated person to join the growing Best Buy Auto team. I have been in this used car business for 34 years and I need help running the office, such as phone, records and titles, ordering parts, keeping the office neat for a favorable first impression, lots of customer interaction, follow up on phone calls, email correspondence, listing ads and advertising via internet. Patience and respect for customers to retain their loyalty is a must ! Ebay knowledge is also VERY helpful along with craigslist and maybe marketplace advertising. Must have a pleasant upbeat personality and interact well with customers. Must be responsible and not always missing days of work or being late for work. The days responsibilities will vary and the days will go fast and you will be very appreciated and a vital part of a small team ! Drug test is mandatory as well as a criminal history report. Full time plus, very long term position.
