I run a small but growing lawn care business based in St. Cloud and I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working person to help with mowing and yard maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience who's looking for consistent work and values a low-stress, hands-on environment.
What I’m looking for:
Experience using a zero-turn mower, push mower, trimmers, and backpack blowers.
Comfortable hauling a truck and trailer (must have a valid driver’s license).
Someone who can work independently, show up on time, and take pride in their work.
Job details:
I currently have 7 residential/commercial accounts but will be adding on more.
5–6 are serviced weekly, the others bi-weekly.
Other one-off jobs (like cleanups or small landscaping tasks) may also come up.
Work hours can vary, but I’m flexible on scheduling.
Pay:
Flexible — either hourly or per job, depending on what works best for both of us.
Paid every two weeks or as we agree.
Pay is fair and based on experience and performance.
